Already answered but it is one of the hardest hats to unlock. Moonwalk hat is unlocked by hatching little men from eggs. I think its either 8 or 10.

Each hatch gets you a gift for your lobby room but they take quite a few games per hatch. Id say you need like 200 -300 hours for all the hatches
