Switch/PC Cross Platform?

I've heard that PC and PS4 aren't cross platform, so maybe it's the same case here, but I'm asking anyway. Is Duck Game cross platform between Switch and PC? I've played with a few friends by plugging controllers into my computer and they are interested in the game, but I think some of them would be more interested in playing on Switch instead.
