Game not responding to any inputs

Not able to use the starting menu with controller or keyboard. Not sure what happened, was working fine but not now. Also, can we access certain tutorials without having to run through all of them? Before the game stopped responding I was stuck on a tutorial lesson, and just wanted to go back to refresh what I already did, but I didn't see the option to.

Have you tried restarting your PC for the menu issue? In regards to the tutorial, no you can't do that right now but the tutorials will improve soon, and possibly with some modularity like you suggested.
