(watcher) borked shortcut in Rusted Wrecks makes slugcat vanish

This room specifically, right here. No mods, only the official dlcs.

I don't have dev tools on so I don't know the official room number because I don't wanna spoil the rest of the game for myself, but it's in one of the shelter rafts on the western side of the Rusted Wrecks, on the right side of the big floating building with all the portals, interior rooms and such.

Entering the bottom right shortcut here, instead of loading a new level it just essentially softlocks the game, making you unable to open the map or do anything. The only solution is to pause the game and quit.

You all owe me 1 karma flower because of this.

btw if any others happen to be near this area i'm curious as if they'll encounter the same issue or if it's just happening for me.

Same exact thing happened to me just now. Tried multiple times, but always got the same softlock.

edit: I waited to see if the rain would kill me, but it didn't.
