Controller detected but no input

Just tested with several other games and my controller is fine. After installing the dlc I cannot get any controller input to do anything. The game yells at me if I unplug it while on the main menu, and continues when I plug it in. but I cannot navigate the menus or control slugcat with it.

even the controller setup menu shows no response from input :( ? guess I gotta wait for a fix

update: disabling and re-enabling the new content on the remix menu one-by-one got my controller to start working again.

and for what its worth, yes I had restarted the game multiple times before trying this. hope this helps anyone else having this issue :)

Sad this didnt work for me

I honestly had the same issue and it literally resolved itself after messing around in thegame's input menus, resetting my configs on steam controller settings, etc..

Tried everything In my case still to no avail. Tried resetting configs too but a different problem showed up, my controller kept pressing down button so I just reverted mine to ver. 1.5 in the mean time.

Also make sure Player 1 is bound to the right input device

I figured it out on my end. Using Mouse and keyboard open the game, go to the setting’s menu, then go to the bottom right corner there’s “input settings” (image of a controller). In it switch player 1 from whatever it’s set to, and put it on “Any input”. You can test the inputs here and it works for me now with my controller.

For me the fix was to disable and enable Jolly Coop
