If I'm correct, the yellow guy should lead you to your next destination! Did you do any thing at Looks to the Moon? If the yellow guy isn't appearing or showing you the way, there's usually a reason for that.

Overall, your immediate goal is upwards and to the right on the "world" map. There is 2 paths to get to this location, both of them will require you to return to Industrial High rise to reach easily. There is an alternative choice to find 5.... spiritual blob thingies hidden around the world. Most of them are on the upper and left hand sides of the world. Once you've done either of these things, you can "win" the game by reaching the farthest bottom parts of the map (which is easiest reached through the far left hand side of the map, although there are other ways to reach it). This is the win condition of both Monk and Survivor. (At least, the only ones you can do in a first playthrough, and without the DLC. On later playthroughs after achieving a win on Gourmand you can use his unique win for both Survivor and Monk as well IIRC, as well as other changes he makes in their campaigns).

No, The Blue Guy (Moon, Right?) And The Yellow Fella Were Freaking Out When I Picked The White Bugs Up

Quick question, did you eat the white bugs by any chance?

No, Like I Said They Were Freaking Out When I Picked Any Up So I Just Left Them Be

Meant Industrial Complex, not highrise. Industrial Complex is the region directly above where you start the game, and was the most likely way you reached LttM in the first place, through it's connection to Garbage Wastes and from there to Shoreline. I very much assumed a beginner wouldn't have made it through either the Shaded Citadel or Sump Tunnel routes (let alone the Subterrain route). Regardless of the route you used to reach LttM though, the path back is basically across the ocean surface, across the top of garbage wastes, and that should get you back to Industrial. From there, you're going to go up and to the right, either through Shaded Citadel (the more right then up route) or Chimney Canopy (Up then right).

Shaded Citadel route is the "dark level" while Chimney Canopy is the endless pits of death route. I personally far prefer the chimney route, as it isn't absolutely annoying IMO, and it doesn't have the hoard of spider type enemies Shaded does, and is shorter overall I think.

Chimney also will give you good practice to learn a lot of the movement tech in the game, as there is a lot more than "Crouch and Pounce" that the tutorial area teaches you.

I'll be nice, and tell you how to make LttM be active, as I don't think the game actually tells you at all in the Survivor or Monk campaigns, only the Hunter one, and you may never figure it out otherwise (especially if you play the DLCs and end up skippping Hunter for some of the DLC characters). When you go to that up and to the right region, you'll find tons of those little bug things that Moon had around her. Bring her one, after you have met the other creature like her there. You can safely store one in your stomach pouch if you have a full belly, just make sure you don't accidentally take it back out until you get back to LttM with it, as it'll be easy to accidentally eat it if you do.

Since you didn't eat any of the white flying things, the yellow creature should still point you in directions, the next one now being a bit above shoreline. If you are unsure on where to go, you could check the map (holding space) to see rooms you have already seen, and, more importantly which room connections you haven't explored yet. I'm not sure how to give directions on how to get there because i always get lost there myself but the rooms before the gate there all have a lot of oddly floating islands so if you see these you're on the right path. You can follow it, or take an alternative route through industrial like the previous commentor said.

I Forgot To Say But I Reached Shaded Citadel And Got Past Memory Crypts! You Were All Very Helpful, Thank You!

No problem. From Memory Crypts, you're going to go up the Leg, and to the left. After a few screens of that there is a way up and into the structure you're climbing the bottom of. If you go too far, you'll reach the left hand side, called the Wall. This is a strait vertical climb basically, and the only way into the structure from this side is some very complicated movement and spear throwing tech (It's possible to throw a spear strait down and have it stick into the ground like a climbing pole. This can give you extra height for certain jumps to reach pipes/poles you can't reach otherwise. This is NOT the intended way in to the structure, but is used in speedrun tech to sneak in the back door in this case).

won't need spear throwing tech if you bring a grapple worm

Lucky UD Wasn't Much Of A Slog, Made It To The Guy With A Ton The Pearls And Past Sky Island! Just Trying To Get Karma So I Can Pass The Gate Now.
Do You Guys Have Any Suggestions For Accesability Mods? Nothing That Makes The Game Stupid Easy But Just Helps With Visibility And The Like.

There's some mods that let you reconfigure the controls more, and there's some settings in the remix menu for stuff like, for example, seeing how much air you have left when diving.

Are Those Options Downpour Only? Don't Seem To See Them In The Base Game.

Downpour adds a fair amount of accessibility stuff. Other stuff I might recommend is the HP bar mod (Shows HP of things that have been injured. Can help track some enemies and help you figure out how much you need to kill a threat.) A VERY big power boost mod is the one that lets you throw spears at your mouse. I'd recommend doing a campaign without it first, but using it after having done a vanilla campaign. It's a bit strong (I'd love it if base game let you throw in the 4 cardinal and 4 diagonal directions based on the arrow keys you're holding), and there are other QoL or such mods out there. And then there is all the region and such mods as well.
