Shattered Terrace echo?..
not sure if im doing something wrong, im in shattered terrace and I can find the echo-- its doing its usual laugh but most of its "body" is missing, and nothing happens- not sure if its a bug or something im doing:slugcatdead:

did it!!! i got to the top of this place and eaten a karma flower that was there and now its unlocked for some reason
I did the same thing but it says it's still bound so is it bugged for me?

When i eat the karma flower inside the top of the throne room with the big rot eye thing it says a presence still binds this place when i try to shift i don't know where else I can go in the outer rim I'm not entirely sure how one of those posters went down one of the side paths cos that's entirely blocked off with rot for me and when i tried going i died

You mind if i add you as a friend to try and troubleshoot this? Steam won't let me upload the screenshots

It looks like you can use up+c without karma floweres freely but you just go through the rot areas every time. I already saw 3 rot regions (industrial, drainage, garbage wastes) but 2 different industrials that are not connected. First time I was in a rot area there was an echo that didn't give any karma, just dialogue and the warp. Now every time I am in a rot area there is just a warp to a random location.
One of them sent me to the outer rim so I checked up on the throne (4th time, first there was nothing, next 2 weird dialogue) and now there is a guy there. I got a sleep cutscene after, then did some more up+c warping without karma flowers and got back to the Shattered Terrace. AND THE ECHO IS STILL NOT FULLY THERE.
Did anyone manage to talk with it or what? I have 8th karma and idk what to do besides looking around, visiting throne and warping with up+c

Can someone explain how to even get to the rot area? I'm still stuck at not being able to interact with the shattered terrace echo. Someone said TP with a karma flower next to the echo but that didn't work. Tried it without a karma flower and it still didn't work. I keep getting sent to turbulent pumps instead. Does that mean I have something to do in turbulent pumps?

For me every time I try to warp without the karma flower it sends me to one of the rot areas. And first time I got there there was an echo that didnt gave extra karma, only dialogue and a random warp. Now there is no echo, but still the random warp

I figured it out there's a side room on the right hand side towards the top of throne room filled with Karma flowers that lets you warp out

I tried again in a different room and it warped me to outer rim so I'm assuming I finally did it since I'm starting to see rot. At least I'm in a new area

Okay I figured out how to meet the echo (i think so, I still have to walk to it). You just need to have enough karma first, 9 karma to be exact

If someone has not said it already, to get that echo you need to be a high enough karma then when you do your camo powers the world looks different (blue/purple looking lots of little worm things)

i wish i could help! :( ive gone and visited more echos, returned to shattered terrace and still nothing
