Shattered Terrace echo?..

not sure if im doing something wrong, im in shattered terrace and I can find the echo-- its doing its usual laugh but most of its "body" is missing, and nothing happens- not sure if its a bug or something im doing

Do you need to create a portal or something? i couldn't pass for a few hours thinking that i'm softlocked because creating portals is just bugged rn.

yeah that's the problem i'm having. creating a portal just takes away all controls and softlocks the game. whatever i guess.

the gap can be crossed if you're high enough karma to float while going camo, random tp is fixed but needs to be done 2 rooms away from a portal, the issue right now is the echo past the gap that looks like it does nothing
