Help with the Throne

So I found a portal to this place called Unfortunate Evolution (with a big messed up Void Worm thing) right after being teleported to Cold Storage. I went through UE, and ended up in "Outer Rim" I travel through until I find a subregion called "The Throne." However, I have no clue what to do at the top. There's just a karma flower and a big rot bulb.

eat that karma flower at the top and head down a few rooms, a new pipe entrance should've opened up to a new room where you can do a manual warp (up + c)
worked for me at least (be wary you might spawn underwater so don't instantly die)

Pretty much what MrChooChoo said.

Eat the karma flower at the very talk, backtrack about two rooms (about 4 screens in total give or take) until you notice the new pipe connection that leads to a room full of karma flowers. Grab the only interact-able one n eat it as well (not sure if that's important) then manual warp. Once you've done so just hang around wherever the warp dropped you until the portal forms again, taking you right back to the room full of karma flowers.

Then make your way all the way back up to the top while bits of dialogue play for each big room, going all the way back to the rot bulb. Once you've done so you're going to repeat the exact same process, heading back down to find yet another new pipe entrance and room full of karma flowers. Warp, wait, warp back, head to the top again, and right back down.

SPOILER WARNING if you want to try figuring it all out yourself and don't want to spoil the end results
Once you've done it twice, two new pipes will appear (easiest to see them using the map), once again with rooms full of karma flowers. Complete both warps, and maybe enjoy that shelter while you're at it, before finally returning back up to top to enjoy your brand new home grown Rot Iterator

For some reason, it stopped talking to me after the 3rd warp, the 4th and last path has not bothered to open at all. Is it because I have to discover all the regions and/or discover all echoes? Or did the game brick itself.

Couldn't say for certain with how new everything is, but I did the throne after getting the 1st ending so I had a majority of content done. My only other thing would be to make sure to sleep in the provided shelter if ya haven't already, see if that does anything. The Bulb's progress could be dependent on your amount of regions unlocked perhaps, along with completing the warps of course

if you die it never happened, you need to save

idk wat to do, i took the flower, ate it, im in the karma flower room and idk wat now, i dont have manuel warp

i think an echo talked abt a gift but i never got a tutorial or anything (unless i missed it) so i dont know where to go now

right, this is after going to a shelter in the area that second warp took me to and back

you cant get to the throne without manual warp afaik
the only ways to outer rim are through your own portals or through the rotten regions, all of which need you to find them with your own portals
