Yes, they'll likely restock after pre-orders are over. They restock about twice a year, so maybe it'll be available Spring/Summer next year.
At any rate, they're certainly not going our of stock for good. The only RW plushies that are selling for the final time are the original wonky slugcat plushies (not the slugpups).

I was way too late for restocks as well
I am banking on them restocking in March when the new DLC drops... that would make sense business wise. Outside of that, however, Sanshee stuff doesn't tend to be limited edition (unless stated otherwise on the page), so it will likely come back at some point
