Where do i go for artificer !?

I am at the gate for outskirts because there's this wall blocking me from going to shore line idk know what to do. Is there a new route to go to shore line or do i have to go through chimney canopy and up the wall?

Through Shaded Citadel, as ever, or up the Precipice from within Shoreline. There's no block between Outskirts and Shoreline, and you can move freely (if with difficulty) through Garbage Wastes.

Speaking of Garbage Wastes, there's a new (basically-)Artificer-only route directly into Shaded Citadel that you could have taken rather than battle your way through the scavenger toll just to the left of your starting zone.

If you can't find the way, I suggest you keep looking, because it exists.

I'm not sure if you still need an answer to this but if you grab a dead scav their karma is added to yours so just kill one and take it to the karma gate

kill a scav, it will add up to ur karma, the only way to level up ur karma on arti without carrying the dead body of a scav everywhere is through Echoes
