green neuron fly not activating

I brought the green neuron fly to looks to the moon as hunter but when i throw it on her it just floats there for a few minutes without doing anything except making weird patterns around this is this supposed to happen?

Nope. Verify the game file integrity, check you haven't activated any mods (or turned any off midway through a game either) and see if that works.

Forgot to delete this post I figure out I had to walk into the place with it in my hands if I take it out of my stomach inside the place it doesn’t work
