issues on saints ending [SPOILERS]

i just finished saint but it had a very weird bug which "prevented" me from watching the ending, forcing me to watch a video about it. After Saint becomes an echo and the ending cutscene happens my camera gets stuck with a white-ish tint. The game does not crash as i can pause and also open dev tools, checking the dev tools console didnt give me any clue as to why my screen was stuck. It might be an issue with the camerascroll mod but i doubt it since spearmasters ending which also has a similar camera cutscene worked just fine.

Verify game file integrity and try again. If it still happens, disable all mods and try again. Then pray to RNJesus and try again. Then sacrifice 666 slugcats to the Void and try again. Then blame Five Pebbles for everything and continue to suffer endlessly in this repeating cycle of failure.
