Predictions: The campaign will mostly take place past outer expanse. The slugcat will be stealth focused (like how there is the evasion cat, and multiple combat focused cats. There will be a sand worm creature. The slugcat will have access to another iterator. The campaign will take place around Rivulet campaign. I will die far too many times.

Side Note: The music at the end of the trailer is really good.

considering there's not snow everywhere, it's unlikely this takes place after rivulet and saint.

i'm thinking it may be between rivulet and monk, but very far out from the current areas. given that we have a glimpse at several modded regions in the screenshots, we at least have a bitter aerie, badlands and like four other regions.

So a lot of people are saying The Watcher is Nightcat and I had a head-canon that Nightcat could blend into the background like a white lizard. If The Watcher is Nightcat and the Watcher can blend into the background my little head-canon was correct.

Okay so like abilities thinking he prob have some (or it's just survivor in new area which would be cool in itself) but maybe he dives into the stealh part of the game it would explain why he goes out of the shadows in the trailer and is called the watcher

Do we have a list of the featured regions on the dlc page? Coral Caves is the most recognizable right off the bat. Then we have what appears to a few other classics like Aether Ridge and The Mast, although the latter is in an unusual pallet. One person mentioned Stormy Coast from Spearmaster’s timeline for one of them. If they are in their “vanilla” locations it would makes sense to keep regions dead end free. I’ve not seen anything on the desert region other than maybe Badlands for more Mast connections. The snowy looking one has had talk on it maybe being salt instead as no other region seems to have snow and the waters unusual color. I’ve seen nothing on the green one though…

There is not a compiled list yet, though I wouldn't put it past a random thread or theory popping up soon (and I hope it does!).

I hope the watcher has something to do with scavengers. Not as the main story, as they have had their spotlight in Artificer's campaign, but they are my favorite creatures, and i think it would be cool to see their positive side because we already see their negative one in arti's story. I have also always been interested in the scavenger village and the enlightened scavenger with their mysterious goal and how it would connect with the chieftain achievement that the devs talked about in one of their streams for the campaign for nightcat, but i think it was scrapped and probably won't appear in the Watcher dlc. Again, I do not want scavengers to be the main story, but I think a little side plot with them would be cool.
