Of course, thing is I can't download the files because I don't have the game on Steam. I found a way to download workshop mods (steamcmd) but it did not work.

Put the mods in Rain World\RainWorld_Data\StreamingAssets\mods. You can download mods from https://www.raindb.net/ or https://catalogue.smods.ru/game/rain-world/
