King Vultures are more dangerous than Miros Vultures
For the simple reason that Miros vultures are insane intoxicated idiots. Unless they start with a dive-bomb surprise attack, they're pretty easy to get away from, because they don't seem to know how to fly or maneuver well at all. So often they'll just linger in place, or take their sweet time coming your way. They might be technically harder to kill though, I think they have higher HP? They also always immediately fight each other, so unlike (masked) regular & king vultures, they're always easier to deal with when there's more than one.

Meanwhile King Vultures are 'no-scope 360' double-shot masters. They're the only creature with long-range weaponry besides scavs, and unlike scavs they never hesitate long with their shots when you're in their sights. It's only like half a second - MAYBE a bit closer to 1 second - with their laser sights' three warning flashes & beeps. They know how to maneuver and hunt you down, in the air and on the ground, and unlike regular vultures they won't back off after a couple hits. And if there's two of them, you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥ without extremely good reflexes and a way out.

Miros Vultures worried me before I got used to their stupidity, but I have to say that King Vultures are still scarier and more dangerous. Double laser sights from the sky always put me on edge. Yes you can lure them into a corner and spam spears, but until then you're in real danger.

The only thing worse than facing a king vulture, is being surprised by a dropwig when you have no weapon. If you survive the ambush, good luck with your movement tech while that pony-sized roach/earwig chases you down.

ive gotten quicker and better at spotting dropwigs and even then i feel like you can kill them easily half the time before they actuallly bite you. let it drop, slide out of its way, stun it with a rock, and then spear it once or twice. stunlock is your friend always and forever

I personally find the Miros Vultues harder to fight or evade, because getting near a Miros' head will almost certainly guarantee a dead slugcat. With regular Vultures and King Vultures (that haven't lost their mask), if they bite you you can just throw a spear to free yourself. For this reason, fighting in close proximity is actually really easy, especially after the King Vulture has fired both it's harpoons. Even if the Vulture has lost it's mask, it's still totally possible to dodge the bites in close combat with quick movements, and use the opportunity to attack the head and do double damage. With the Miros, getting close is usually instant death, making retrieving spears and hitting the body much more difficult.
Also, the laser is a bit harder to evade due to being more difficult to predict.

For dropwigs, the easiest way to avoid being ambushed is checking ceilings for odd shapes or movements when entering a room in a region that has them. I personally love to provoke Dropwigs and dodge their leaps for fun, it just takes practice and they won't feel like a threat anymore.

yeah, i never found miros harder than kings, more like anoying to hunt because of their pain resistence so they can escape any time, also give no rewards duh...
