Currently stuck trying to climb the wall. tips?

By the way I mean the climb up "the wall" area not just climbing walls in general

Normally you need to use a lot of spears, by default it's impossible to climb it normally, though Spearmaster has an easier time with it since he can make infinite spears, also do keep in mind that it's pretty difficult, it's easier to go through Five Pebbles through the bottom, it leads to the top, and going down the wall is easier than going up it.

The most trouble I had with the Wall was the Yellow Lizard bit, and I know that the room at the very top can be hard to get to for newer players. Two spears should do the trick for the top room! All you need to do is learn how to backflip, then learn how to throw a spear downwards using the backflip to lodge it into the ground! That way you can balance on top of it, jump and throw the spear into the wall just below the tunnel you're trying to go into (the rightmost one) and climb up! From there it should be easy going.
As for the yellow lizard part, usually switching between the pipes with the arrows is going to be your best bet for evading them. If they haven't noticed you yet, crawling also works, and they won't know you're there unless one sees you. Hope this helped! If you have any other parts in particular that are rough let me know! ^^

maybe try to somehow get a vulcher mask, it can be really helpfull on the wall because of the abundance of lizards

If you came from underhang, bring a grapple worm or go back there to get one (underhang is below the part of the wall where the chimney canopy gate is). It isn't necessary but makes it much easier.

well the white lizard party room can be brutal for new players, you can always wait in the pipes until rain comes so they leave you alone
