Hypothetical 3D Rain World

What do you suppose, say, Rain World 2 would be like if it were done in 3D? Kinda like what Risk of Rain did when it when from 1 to 2.

Just a question that's been in my mind for the longest time now, seeing what Rain World's overworld would look and play like were it 3D...

The biggest advantage the player has is the view they get from the entire room, go ahead and download that one view mod and see how you will perform without it. There's also the worries of budget as the maps and ai are already intricately designed and very complicated and putting that into a 3d form would be too much for most indi companies.

I've also heard about some Roblox rain world game that is 3d so maybe you want to try that out and see for yourself.

Not really similar. Spore has horrible creature ai and survival is easy, no interesting environments to explore like in RW

I want this in the same way Risk of Rain 2 was made 3d. Yes you would no longer be able to see behind you but have it as a dlc or workshop item and people would probably enjoy it.
