Quite curious if its possible since Y'know Rivulet takes place after gourmand and you get to keep outer expanse open

The path to outer expense as collapsed by the time of Ruffles campaign. The only one's wwith an OE endings are monk, survivor and gourmand. Some modded slugcat like Pearlcat have one too.

Is there a mod to get outer expanse endings as them all? Rivulet meeting survivor and monk is something I don't want to miss.

Not that I'm aware off. It would require to add a custom world state to an existing campaign, which is a pain to do.

How about a mod that just allows other Slugcats to enter Outer Expanse without an ending? Is it as simple as adding a gate to OE? Would it be better to just create an entire new region for the other campaigns that is identical to OE in layout?

BUT... there has been a new warp found very recently that allows you to get to OE as rivulet but from what ive heard its insanely difficult and it requires an eel lizard/salamander, a leech (i think) and a batspeared vulture, it hasnt been done legit yet but its theorically possible

There is a mod that adds that, I don't remember the name of the mod at the moment but it is real. I don't know if it's open for rivulet or saint yet but you could look. It also unlocks metropolis and bitter aerie, for all
