How do you enable Opening Cinematic and cutscenes?

This is something that really bothered me when I purchased Rain World. It has been for many years, but for some reason I didn't have on my game? I also didn't get Hunter cutscene when ascent in the void.
I recently purchased Downpour, thinking maybe this will solve AND STILL NO CUTSCENES!
I tried to google this issue, but practically no one talks or any information about this. Searched steam workshop mod and didn't found anything to restore...

Uhh, these are always enabled? I'm not aware of any settings that turn them off?
Pressing space or escape whilst they are loading cancels them. They take a while to load on weak devices so just. don't press anything. Just wait a bit and don't touch your keyboard. If that doesn't work, i don't know what to say about this. I've played the game for more than 1000 hours and been in the community quite a long time and i have never heard of anyone having this issue.

If they absolutely refuse to load maybe there's a problem with graphics drivers or something.

When I launch the game, I hear music, Videocult logo then it switches to RainWorld title logo and after 30sec of watching logo it switches to main menu without any cinematic intro
When I downloaded Downpour DLC the only thing changed is RainWorld title logo with different slugcats sprites, but still no cinematic intro

Oh. In that case, intro cinematics right after opening the game don't really exist, i must have misunderstood what you meant. But cutscenes do exists, like the ascension scenes, story cutscenes etc. Do these work for you?

The Acension do work and before that, except for Hunter. Don't know if there is one for him in DLC and I don't feel like going for 2nd run for Hunter anytime soon. It was pure nightmare

But how is opening cinematic doesn't exist? I see nearly in everyones let's play videos of Rainworld and in google research I saw discusions about people asking how to disable/skip opening cinematic, which tells me that they get everytime they launch the game that it become very annoying for them.

Hunter has an ascension cutscene, since 1.7
From what i can tell they either mean the game's creator's logo and stuff appearing, or they mean the intros survivor and monk have. There exists no other "opening cinematic".

I previously had a similar issue where the intro cutscenes would not load for any of the campaigns. Ending cutscenes worked fine, it was just the intro cutscenes that didn't work. My issue was that I was starting the game by holding the Space button. This started the game but skipped the cutscene. I found that by holding the Enter button, the game plays as it should with the cutscene.
