Are Sky island and Farm Arrays really that worth it?
I got my butt destroyed in the Wall(I lost 2 full charges of karma), those lizards were really mean, then I tried to grind karma in Chimney Canopy, but I ran away from those darn lizards and ended up in a location that is far from the karma gate. The place is crowded with multiple lizards in every corner and my karma level is not increasing at all, as a matter of fact, it's at its minimum, and honestly I no longer care, I just want to leave this place.
I still have 3 passages, so I guess I could just give up and travel to Drainage System.(Or just travel to the karma gate, but I don't know if I'll need the passage later.) Pss: Are the other late game regions also filled with lizards?

Spoilers for Downpour if you have it, as well as where to go at the end of the Base Game, but Sky Islands is only ever needed if you are Spearmaster to end their campaign.
As for Farm Arrays, once you can get 10 maximum karma, there is a certain route that takes you to Subterranean, where you finish the game as Monk, Survivor, and Hunter. However, you an also get to this region through Shoreline (And Pipeyard if you own Downpour) so this means Farm Arrays can be completely avoided.
If you are new to the game and don't have a maximum of 10 karma yet as your cap (looks like a O with an X inside it) I recommend heading to the far right regions for a while and try to go up when possible. You may find yourself somewhere you want to be. I won't go into specifics since this game is best experienced as blind as possible.

This. Another advice I can give is to not focus on your Karma, focus on survival. If you keep dying and there are places you want to go to that requires higher Karma. Don't make that gate your goal. Make improving on the basics of the game your goal. Focus on what you do in each cycle and life, and try to improve them. That could be how you use the level to your advantage, whether climbing poles and stuff to avoid and go around Lizards. Or using rocks to stun and things like that.

I think there's alternate ways to Subterranean which you should consider because Farm Arrays sucks

As for Sky Islands it probably depends on what slugcat you're playing, although there is an echo there I think

Raindeer ruin it because they troll me all the time

One time I brought 3 sporepuffs with me and guided about 3 or 4 raindeer to the end of the final section before going to Subterranean and then all of them turned around right as the end was in sight so ♥♥♥♥ that place

(I like the non-deer parts of Farm Arrays not enough to make up for the deers trolling me though)
