Struggling with Gourmand quest.

So, there's a few items on this list that are... rather heavy RNG I've noticed. I've been camped out in the shoreline for awhile but I have yet to see a SINGLE aquapede. I kinda really need one of those. Or a red, but I didn't wanna try and take out a red.

I ended up crafting a singularity bomb and ate a red centipede in Garbage Wastes. You need a grenade and two karma flowers.

if you can get yourself a couple of spore puffs, taking out a red isn't too hard. just try to hit it when it's curled up tightly, and if you've managed to hit most of its body with the spores, it should be dead after a few seconds. 's good to bring an extra just in case, though.

There's definitely an aquapede somewhere in the deeper parts of Shoreline but... You have to swim there

I remember the way I got my aquapede is because I lured one to a place where I could just stomp on it without having to throw tons of spears and become exhausted in the water

Yeah, biggest issue with the aquapede is they are underwater and gourmand is a terrible swimmer, I think I got it with spore puffs and it was one in a cave like system.

I've seen aquapedes come near the surface, in fact a *few* times I had some real close run ins with em and I couldn't afford to stop on the account of needing shelter. After that I've just.. never seen any.

There was one close to where you enter the submerged superstructure. It was a few rooms left from the pipe just outside of moons structure It was a pain to kill but that is where I got mine. There seems to be around six different spots they can spawn, but I've had more luck in the pipes than on the surface.

I mean its really easy to get a red centipede you only need a rock and a mushroom to make a spore puff which instantly kills all bugs
