For anyone else looking for the location:
From the shelter with the four other tunnels, three in the ceiling going to large pipes and one going into an inside flat water area, go down to the flat water area and go one room over to the left (not to the one above). You should find a ladder going up and another room to the left and a large tunnel of water beneath you.
If you swim down in this water, you should find an underwater tunnel on the left. This is the tunnel connecting to Pipeyard. There are several ways to reach this tunnel without drowning:
- Using a Jetfish
- Using Bubbleweed (There's some nearby as the Monk, just go back into the other room, then up, the tunnel right above there, and there's three in there. Not sure about other Slugcats.)
- The way I did is, I climbed up the ladder pretty high , then jumped into the water, propelling myself deeper, then I swam to the tunnel on the left. I did this as the Monk, so it should be pretty easy for Slugcats with higher breath capacity.
There is air on the other side, so just swim there as quickly as you can.
From there, keep going left, and you should find the gates. There's a shelter on the other side.
Good luck finding it.
