1.Same as in normal campaign. The good old ascension, but you need lot of echoes and certain trick to get max karma
2.There's certain area somewhere in the metropolis, that you need to clear out. More spoilery: You need to kill scavenger chieftan. You will recognize him.

From what I've seen, maybe there is an alternate way to end this? I mean, it didn't seem like the Chieftain wanted to start a fight, and he also had a mark of communication. Maybe offering something to him would change the outcome?
Anyway, I'm really glad it's over. Unfortunely, Arti's story was the one I disliked the most so far...
Sadly any action towards You-know-who will cause him to start attacking. You must either fight or leave to find another path.
