Rivulet help? [Major spoilers]

I have been running around the submerged superstructure for HOURS, and I feel as though I've been every possible location I can, and yet haven't found where I'm supposed to be. The devtools showed some of the rooms I passed through as being labelled 'artery', which makes me think I got close, but even staring at the map on the wiki isn't helping me figure out where to go.

The wiki seems to show multiple karma gates- is it possible that there isn't a way to my objective from where I came in, and I need to use another karma gate? Seeing the same rooms over and over again is starting to drive me up a wall and I want to make sure I'm not barking up the wrong tree.

It took me a while to figure this out too. You need to find some small red tunnels that lead to huge red tunnels, and keep following the huge ones up.

Just a note on gates, there are two in the region, but one of them is exit only, it can’t be used to enter the region. The way you got in is the only way.

this interactive map was updated i believe today, has every region for every cat mapped out, with creature spawns and room connections, probably too late to help now, but you never know

Right and downwards until you keep seeing a leviathan in an area, then go to the right and upwards.

Go to Arteries, it's a good fast travel to Moon's heart.
