Downpour characters not unlocking

So I just completed the full survivor playthrough expecting to play the other slugcats afterwards but they're not unlocked. Am I missing something? When I load the game, it says downpour but I can only choose between Monk, hunter and continue playing survivor

Please let me know why I can't play the new dlc

Have you gone into the remix menu and made sure the More Slugcats Expansion and Remix are enabled? Them being off is the only reason the other slugcats shouldn't appear in the story select even when locked.

I have the same problem, And i went into remix so many times, The slugcat remix option doesnt show! Im so frustrated right now and considering this a scam even.
