I am almost sure that there is a mod for generating creatures with custom stats though, so if you are really invested in making custom fights, maybe look for a mod on RainDB.
Anyways, I hope that this was helpful in some way.
> The Dev Console mod, which lets you spawn creatures with specific IDs (but I've never used it so I can't help with it)
> The Sandbox files (that you can find inside the game directory, in UserData/Sandbox). Each arena has a save file in which things that you spawn are noted. The simplest way to spawn a scav with a specific ID is to:
- turn persistent creatures on (just make sure the dice on the spawning menu is greyed out)
- spawn a scav and start a round (by the way you can check its ID with the VisibleID mod or something; it's not needed if, say, you have only scavs and need to edit all IDs anyway, but if there are more things in arena it's helpful to know which IDs you need to edit exactly)
- look for its ID in the sandbox file (it looks like "ID.-1.[some number]" (the number you see if you used VisibleID))
- replace the last number with whatever you want (for example Robbin is 10001)
- start another round. It should be here!
