If you picked a spot to live?
The place most able to sustain slugcat over time balanced with not being easily eaten.. Where would that place be specifically?

I think it would be cool to have sort of havens in certain areas, maybe with more neutral forms of life. Be neat to see in dlc. Just maybe one area very rare an oasis in the horror.

Industrial Complex. It's a pretty chill area and easy to navigate.

Top of the Wall. Descend to grab a couple of batflies, use spears to get back, plus a popcorn plant and virtually no predators. Plus you are above the rain for the most part and can chill out with an Echo. Great place to raise some pups.

Middle shelter in Farm Arrays (the one above the red pearl) has infinitely spawning infant centipedes, therefore you can feed and hibernate there without even going out from the underground. Truly the safest place in game.

Inside LTTM is also a good place. Plenty of food, no predators. And most importantly: a dear friend to keep you company.

Ehhh, my vote would probably be the base of Chimney Canopy, near the gate to Industrial Complex. Sure, there are quite a few lizards in the area, and the occasional vulture dropping down, but if you're adept at combat it shouldn't really be too much of a problem. Then again that might be my cockiness against vultures talking considering I'm currently able to kill them with extreme ease if I have at least one spear handy, and besides that there are some popcorn plants to eat for the almost strictly insectivorous slugcats and dropwigs to the east if you can spot and kill them first for food. Plus you may be able to make friends with the scavengers that sometimes pass through.

In all I'd say its a pretty decent spot for a hardy and experienced fighter slugcat. Probably not the best to raise younger ones though.

Is there enough food over a couple cycles? Seems like I remember it goes fast? Interesting place pretty safe.

This one I would end up missing the spear and getting stuck... I like the idea not what I was expecting. The best spot is prolly in one of five pebbles areas eating computing power. ;)

This maybe the best spot, now we know how slugcat evolved to become white... Too much time underground. lol

This area is what started me thinking of an area I could just live in but its very dangerous. Sooner or later the dropwig will get me if nothing else does. I hate those pipe spear stealers right next to a weapon room too.

I really like living in Sky Islands shelter, near the huge gap at the top of the screen. Plenty of small centipedes to eat, great landscape and most importantly, some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is constatnly hapenning.

Outer Expanse because that's where they actually live, and there's no threat of deadly rain.
