Stuck in Farm Arrays

I am totally stuck in Farm Arrays. I came from Sky Island and now i'm stuck in a shelter west from Farm Arrays. I want to go to Outskirts in the east but no chance. These things are always happen when I want to go:
1) I got problems with the deer. Either they got attacked by that flying animal or when I sit on them they make five meters before the safe exit a u-turn, so that I have no chance to reach the safe spot (Which is just mean games designing).
2) When I got a deer and reached the safe spot, then there are some screen later stairs with sea grass. Every second time I got eaten by them. The other times I jumped over them but before I can find an shelter the rain comes and kills me.

I searched the net, studied maps but I don't find a solution. Maybe someone here got from the west shelter to Outskirts and can help me. This stage of the game sucks really really bad ... and what I know after all that googling, i'm not the only one with that opinion. I played more than 10 (Edit: 20) hours and now I'm stuck in this ♥♥♥♥ hole west of Farm Arrays.
I am begin to believe, that the level is designed not to go in that direction

1.I never tested it , but when you throw gasbag thing , raindeer changes his direction to reach it , so you can somewhat control them with that.
2.If you mean the stairs downward with a lot of grass , then you need deer there too.

can you give us a screenshot of the shelter entrance from you're starting? if you are where I think you are, you are both missing a second shelter on the way you're trying to take (which would make the trip substantially shorter), and ignoring the east route (which is probably the "normal" pathing from sky islands to outskirts).

1. Yeah, I tried that but I didn't help much
2. But there are no fruits for the deer in this part of the region.

I got it. Thanks for the help. In the end i reached Outskirts. Thanks aganin for helping.
