Do you keep items when you teleport?

I have some neurons with me and I want to teleport from Industrial Complex to Looks to the Moon if I teleport can I keep the neurons with me?

Anything in belly storage, but not anything from your hands or stored in shelter. You CAN store one neuron in your belly if you're full.

Teleport? Since when can you do that in the game? Or is this some cheatcode?

When you earn certain achievements after earning Survivor, they become "passages" which work as fast travel.

I think I noticed this, was scared this would delete my save so didn't bother with it. I don't know why you would want to have fast travel here. May be in easy mode, but fast travel, if it's this easy and can be done after every cycle when you get the achievement, why bother learning traversal?

I rarely use fast travel myself, as I can usually just dart across regions, but it's useful if you really need it.

it can't be done "every cycle". each passage you earn is a one use only thing.

You earn passages? Under what conditions do you earn them? Completing a portion of an achievement in a run? So you have limited teleports?

Every run you can earn achievements. For example, earning the survivor gets you a passage, which you get for surviving at your max karma for 5 cycles. Or the hunter, for eating only meat for a few cycles without dying, or the cheiftain for befriending scavengers, etc.
