Help installing "Unlimited Cycles for Hunter" mod

I started a new game as the hunter. I read that it had a cycle limit and thought "Wow, poor design choice. I want to enjoy the game and not plan a route by cheating an looking at maps online. I want to explore without the annoying pressure of having a time limit."

I put the Unlimited Cycles for Hunter dll file in RainWorld_Data > Managed. However, when I made it to my first hibernation spot my the game said I had 18 cycles. Ugh.

Afterwards, I tried placing it in RainWorld_Data > Plugins. I hibernated again. Now I'm at 17 cycles. Not only that, for some dumb reason, the game seems to not have a function in the game to delete and start over. Now I've lost 2 days, at the first save spot.

Anyhow, how do I install this mod? Does it still work, if I already started a game? If not how do I delete my hunter save file?

You need to first install the partiality launcher before you can install the unlimited cycles mod. http://www.raindb.net/tutorials.html Hope this helps :)

What do you mean poor design choice? hunter is literally hard mode for rainworld. you get an spear on your back, but there's red lizards, more enemies, etc. This is made to challenge players who already beat the main game. if you can't keep up with it then you need to get better at the game. like, literally, get better, learn stuff, practice rushing through enemies instead of trying to kill them, skip a shelter if you have enough time.

also remix lets you change hunters cycle count
just set it to 9999 and you're good to go
