How to reach unlockable in lower Garbage Wastes?

Here is the one I'm talking about:

I tried using spears to extend the stairs, but slugcat refuses to stand on them or interract with them in any way.

I tried using boombugs to make higher jump, but boombug going off causes the unlockable to blink out and become unobtainable briefly.

Not sure what I'm supposed to do

Take a squidcada down there, don't try to go through the water with it though.

Use one of the snailturtles.

Snailturtles (whom I call "boombugs") don't work for me. Every time they go boom, unlockable disappears for a few seconds, and I can't get it with snailturtle-assisted jump.

If you do a backflip and aim down during it, you can throw a spear in pole form to stand on it. *I haven't done this in months

Not sure if the terrain will let it work that way.

Or you could just slaughter a few things and pile up their bodies, and then stand on the top of the pile. :3

Unless it's a scavenger or a docile creature that's stuck. Then I help 'em out. ^w^
