edit: I was thinking of another jump in a completely different region for some reason? I guess I'm dumb
I'll take a screenshot the next time.
Thanks!
the one next to the gate to the wall in canopy is pretty trivial, yeah, just hold right for the pounce since it extends the jump a bit.
I think it's important from where you start to crouch. The distance of crouching steps seems to be very fixed. Maybe you can practice a bit without the edge to The Wall and see how the crouching steps work? Good luck!
Oh! BTW: Try to take a spear with you to the other side, just in case :)
Yes, my biggest issue was crouching on the very edge and then just sliding down and falling (I consider this a problem with the game controls - If you're standing on the ledge it doesn't feel fair that you fall just because you crouched, even though I understand this is a consequence of it being a physics based game).
But with the mushrooms it's much easier. I think the hassle of dying many times and losing karma is worse than the hassle of finding and bringing a mushroom.
But I realized later you're not "supposed" to go that way anyway, so it doesn't really matter anymore.
Thanks
