How to give neuron/pearl to Moon?
I'e tried throwing it, placing it...I even accidentally ate one of those floating light things :(

You should be able to just gently drop it in front of her and she will pick it up herself. Maybe make sure you're close enough?

Well, you have to give her a neuron first before giving her any pearls - which you probably didn't, because neurons *are* the "floating light things". Since you ate one, be sure to bring her two neurons!

Actually not all pearls require neurons, for example she read the pearl you find in the same area as her, without needing neurons.
