Is anybody else having issues with echos? I'm getting the blue flashes, but then the next cycle there's no echo. Are there any mods known to get in the way of echo spawns? Is anybody else unable to visit echoes? The only echo that spawns is the one on Pebbles, but when I tried to get chimney and farm arrays (As different slugcats) neither worked. I was at full karma and I got the indicating blue flash, but nothing happened the next cycle. Any tips/tricks or known mods that bug it?...

trying to 100% the achievements and this is my next one. my thought process right now is outskirts > industrial complex > garbage wastes > backtrack to IC > shaded citadel timing the backtrack might be tricky but with good rain RNG i could make it in one go, or hibernate once. i also think backtracking through IC would be better because its safer/easier to navigate so i did everything in this post except i went to shaded citadel first, then garbage waste, THEN shoreline just for good measure. as...
