Menu items at launch.
Are there only two items displayed in the menu?
The main game and one modification? If I change the screen resolution will the two items still be available?

Yes it used to load into the main game and you had a little link to go to the mods. Now it loads the screen you refer too. Since those are the only 2 items on the screen you should be able to change resolution with out issue. The next screen would be the one that may have issues.
