I am guessing you are new to the game. This is one of the hardest 1st scenario in the game.
You need to have a good understanding of the system. The invasion mechanics are not hard to grasp but take some time to master. You have Supply ships (there are more than enough to supply your landing BUT they must be next to a beach to do so.
Each ship can supply 20 CP of troops. so as you head to the beach make sure you get those supply ships headed in as well, If they get damaged the amount of supply goes down. Use your naval units to blast enemy Naval guns. Surface ships can also supply a limited amount of CP but Battleships, and Heavy Cruisers cannot enter shallow water. You have one construction unit . It will build an airfield once you get it ashore. You also get one support ship it is a mine layer/sweeper and also can repair damage to other ships.
Not sure what level you are playing on but you may want to turn it down to the easiest and play the scenario, Then once you get a feel for it you can restart on a higher difficulty. Good Luck.
