So what's the best way to win this mission, hide all your ships up North and sneak out subs? It seems like I destroyed the entire Royal Navy and they keep spawning like zerglings.

Well, there are of course many ways to play the scenario. I used only the Route B -deployment area (east of Iceland). I quickly eliminated the first two British cruisers and then when the reinforcements arrived concentrated my fleet to deal with the other enemy ships. I used two subs to take out the carrier anchored around Scapa Flow. It is useful to deploy a Fw 200 Condor also and use the aux Support ship as a bait in the beginning.
