Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon is leaving Steam
Greetings, Commanders,

We want to inform you that the Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon franchise will soon be removed from Steam. Starting May 20th at 5:00 AM PDT, the game and its DLCs will no longer be available for purchase on this platform.

However, this is not the end of the battle! Sanctus Reach will remain available on GOG.com, where you can continue to purchase and enjoy the full franchise DRM-free.

If you've already purchased the game on Steam, don't worry — it will remain in your library, and you'll still be able to download and play it as usual.
Thank you for your continued support

Too bad, It's Warhammer title, which normally will gain a lot of players. But this only got bad sales because you don't listen to customers' voices and don't add steam achievement and cloud save.

No way. Fanatical, like many third party services/sites do not exist for me. I need prоper sale here on Steam only.

I'm asking about the sale for Sanctus Reach. I don't see it on Steam yet. :steamsad:

Fanatical is a legitimate site its not a key-reseller or such. They are legitimate deals and totally safe to buy into. It's a site, along with Humble Bundle, that many games have gone on steep discount from developers and its a great way to grab loads of dlc at super cheap prices.

Doesn't matter. I can buy games on Steam only. Other resources are technically unavailable to me.

Hope the publisher will remember to make a final sale for Sanctus Reach here before it's too late.
ah is there a way to search for a game in points shop?
i keep scrolling down what appears to be no logical ordering at all, in the mygames section :)

There are two ways:

a) Go to your Steam Library, then find your game (because you can only buy items for a game you own and have droped out all the cards for) and click the <Points Shop> button, which is between <Community Hubs> and <Discussion>.

b) In Points Shop, select the <Ethoticons> or <Backgrounds> category. Then start typing the name of your game. Choose any item and in the purchase window, click on the name of the game right left, this will take you to the items page for this game.

c) Here are the links:

ah cool, many thanks i found it,

only silly thing now is steam saying this:
"You cannot redeem points for this item, because you do not own the associated game or do not have two hours of playtime in it."

even though i have a 5 mission campaign played offline :)

To human language this translates as „you must play for 2 hours so that you cannot pull off a scam: buy a game -> buy "free items" in the Points Shop -> get your money back for the game".

In fact, you must also get ALL Steam Trading cards dropped before you can buy items in the Steam Points Shop.

And finally, Steam often does not count offline time in the game. Only online time matters (I played a lot of DoW2, for example, but in most cases neither the time nor the achievements were counted offline).

ok thanks, ive had the game for about 1 year :) but i guess steam hasnt tweaked the code to detect this yet. (would be a nice to have)

if i can find time to keep the game open for 2 hours, and get all the drops, and get the emoji icons in time, cool - if not, fair enough :)
Been a pleasure to be part of Steel Legion. It is one of those games that truly had a soul, thank you for this. Best of luck in the future.

Why is it being removed from Steam?

Hey, @Slitherine Ltd! The FINAL SALE has not started for Sanctus Reach yet. What's the problem? Armageddon have it already!
