Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon

Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon

Salamander Campaign poorly made?
The first mission I barely got to take the two victory points because of the horde that just blocks up the bridge and the Mechs guarding the bottom point. I'm currently on Challenging but if you're gonna flood the bridge and not make it possible to move to the points and attack then there should be more turns

And the second mission is just as hard, you're getting asked to destroy the vehicles but you don't even get Melta-Units, just terminators and Devestators that drop. And its on two bridges that are blocked off also, and you barely get requisition to buy the stormbirds. It just seems too much of a race against the clock.

You can edit missions in map editor. Open the related mission and edit how you want.
But i think game is abandoned because there arent enough fans like in panzer corps.
I was wiling to add/create lots of options to the code for free but literally noone took heed

I just used the cheats to extend turns, turned out I needed 18. But even the next mission after it got worse, considering you have 3 seperate waves of orks on bridges to fight off and then an "ambush" that takes up the line of sight all the way into the FOW, seems horribly hard with the low unit spawn count,

This games pretty fun but I am a fanboy of 40k, but its getting a bit repetitive fighting only Orks.

raise your units healths and defences little bit with unit editor just to help situation but of course not godlike. but ridicuosly a volcano cannon does less damage than a bolter to infantry. you should consider these kind of weapon stats too.
i've created a belicosa pattern volcano cannon for my newly created warlord titan but it does less damage than heavy bolter to an infantry. yes heavy bolter shoot much more rounds but this is a belicosa pattern volcano... it levels cities by one shot, how cant it destroy infantry squads... to do that, you should increase shot rounds but without overpowering the weapon too much.
i will post a link in short time of my mod contains 37 new units to steel legion ex. "ordinatus ulator, leviathan regimental hq, hellhammer, stormhammer, firesword, doomhammer super heavies, several additional versions leman russ's and light vehicles, warlord titan", "deimos pattern predator executioner and infernus, land raider ares, vindicator laser destroyer" to each space marines, "terminus ultra" to ultramarines.
all is created with correct weapon systems from lexicanum wiki.

the salamander camp is difficult but doable. I did it twice, once on normal and once on challenging. it is the best of all DLCs, because it improves your gameplay considerably.

Hi I am currently playin the Salamanders Campaign. And it seems its everything about hidden objectivs now and this is a fun thing. Can you give me a bubble how to find out what it is? Is there a hidden quest in each and every Salamanders Mission?

The Salamander campaign is a brutal grind of hard infantry fighting.

I'll admit I just played through it on easy.
