Where do you find Auruma Wall A for the quest "A Love for Design 3"?

I really wish quests with the "!" would point you to where to find missing blueprints the way pioneering quests do!

if you select/highlight a quest, normally it shows where you can find blueprints required, unless the items are part of the pioneering progression. in some cases, like walls, you can just attempt to build a "randomized build" and it sometimes includes the required part, though that's more likely an oversight i'd say.
