Cliffside Store Ruins Puzzle Help

[Prolophis]

I think I'm more or less halfway through the game.
In these ruins, after scanning, I find 4 chests, I was literally going crazy looking for the fourth, when I then realized that these ruins are divided into 3 buildings, it is in fact located at the end of a staircase, in the southern building.
To unlock this chest I have three pedestals, but only one luminous cube available, I tried in every way to understand what to do, but I only discovered that the cube can change color and that if I don't place it on a pedestal, it returns to its original color.
I looked online before posting here, but unfortunately I didn't find anything about it, perhaps because the game has just come out now.😒

The other two cubes are hidden inside the two boulders in the room. You can destroy the boulders using burst ammo. It might take more than one hit.

I should have known, it all depended on an item I hadn't unlocked yet.

Do rush for 100% pioneer the first 2 regions. You unlock special ammos used for clearing boulders and webs from them. If you don't then you're gonna clear the game without ever unlocking the new ammos.
