What's the best SP farming method?

I'm nearly done with the 100%, the main thing I'm missing is the skill tree. I need a bit over 10k SP to unlock all the remaining skills.
I've been rebuilding Granshines over and over but that's only 60 points each time. I also tried taking a look at my remaining side quests but it seems fairly random whether they'll give you skill points or some useless materials.

Is there a better way?

pioneering quests rewards alot of SP as well. but otherwise random quests, you can check on the map what kind of quests you can expect, and sometimes characters sitting at a position always have the same quest so you can easily produce materials, armor or weapons ahead of time.
