From what I read, completion of ruins, caves, treasure troves, shrines etc. doesn't count towards the Investigation Rate. There's plenty I haven't fully completed yet. As long you discover it and get rid of the question mark on the map, it will counts towards Investigation Rate. Unless, you have to complete everything single thing to counts towards the final 1%.
I was missing 1% in Ligneus due to one of the quick travel points not being activated, even though it was shown on the map, but the icon looked different, no checkmark iirc).
I double checked all ziplines. None of them are missing. I can try to check to see if I activated all quick travel points next time I'm on the game.
Thanks, I didn't activate a quick travel point. This was the last thing I needed to reach 100%. I thought the game was being glitchy but still, I wish there was a better explanation on what does count and doesn't count to the Investigation Rate
