Stuck on Lenja's quest: Faithful Welleks

The quest text tells you to head to Preces Cathedral, but doing that doesn't advance the quest, and the actual quest marker is in the middle of mountains with nothing near it and no way to scale them. Does something open up later that lets you get up there, or this quest bugged like some of the others?

If it's the one I'm thinking of, you can go East from within the cathedral into an underground area. Basically just start from the mana cleansing area and just go to the right, you'll see an exit in that direction that'll take you down a long path to where the quest marker is.

It also took me forever to understand that the quest marker was not bugged and that there is a whole new path inside the cathedral.

That being said, the usually annoying path marker (the yellow glowing, floating things all the way along the path to your currently selected quest's objective) can be helpful at times like this.
