the whole game is completed, almost all companion quests are completed, still can't get to this area of sivash
need to achive 10% of Auruma
ok correction about that you need to get the quest that will enable you to dig deeper into the Auruma's Sivash connecting region or the path to open the Alber Settlement there the expedition quest SHOULD in theory force you to get there
Later on the line (last area set of quests) after finishing one of the quests of this chain, there's a moment where everyone's like "this guy's sus, we need to track him down".
To avoid the bug, you need to get the pioneering in the final area to 90% and update your pioneering progress. This will allow you to track the quest I just mentioned.
If you go to the spot where he is supposed to be without getting the quest officially, the event will trigger, but the "quest" hasn't officially started. At this point you could increase your pioneering to 90%, and the game will let you track the quest, but since the event already triggered, this quest will remain in your log, unable to be completed.
Note: you can watch the remaining events if you know where to go.
