Hiya papaya everyone, god bless you all

Can someone please answer my question?

Im a bit confused about the building section, when i press "free building", it seems i cant make a greenhouse neither a storehouse even if i have the space avaible.

When i do a greenhouse, i cant make a house with a "confort lvl" neither i cant add another greenhouse in the same space i made 1.

So, i need to think what i want to do in that space? If its a storehouse it will stay as that, if i make a greenhouse, only 1 greenhouse and the rest of the space will not be usefull for "confort bonus lvl" ? (i could add like a ritual stuff for syn, etc)

Yeah with a greenhouse, warehouse etc you can't get comfort level, but if you built the comfort level up before you made the green house etc you can at least get the blue prints. Keep in mind you'll have to tear down the entire lot before building the green house, warehouse or otherwise.
