Where to find/make meteor?

Atelier Yumia need help finding meteor??

Literally only thing left of sivash region pioneer quest but idk what meteor is I don't see it in my bag ,skills or synthesis section?? Says I gotta use it 5 times in combat so I'm assuming it's an attacking item . I've explored the entire region for it at 90% only ? Mark areas left are the ones covered by the white web egg looking things and I doubt it'd in there since need the 100% region bullet,like I can't be missing any trove blue prints since unlocked all in that area??

Meteor is attack items need 2 things : Lost heart , Blue clover.

Lost Heart : Hermea Academy , Otherworldly Route , Sinking Fault , Miasma Meadow , Caligina Mine Entrance

Keep synthesizing things you have not unlocked it. Its an attack item.
