Do you play as one character or a whole party?

While in the world, you're 1 character. In battle, you can choose which is the main character, and which are the other characters. You can switch characters freely during battle, and the others will auto-attack according to options you set.

Ahh okay, thanks! Sometimes I get overwhelmed when playing all the characters every fight so that sounds perfect for some casual fighting but I like that you get to 'be' whoever you want in fights

They should add option walk around as other party members

Ahh just tried the demo and I totally get why its you play one and the rest auto play themselves lol
