Imperial Lab - How to get through Web door?

I'm in the imperial Lab, I've cleared it, but on the ground floor west side there is a webbing or similar blocking a door, How do I get in there?

I've googled but can't find the answer

Slicing ammo from pioneer rewards.

basically every zone has some kind of gimmick to fully complete the map (like burst bullet to break rocks), so focus on pioneer rewards first

I feel like the ammo for these blockers should have been at the 80% mark, instead of 100%. Oh well.

I somehow got some free burst and slicing bullets from speaking to a random NPC while exploring, way before I even hit 40% investigation. Not a reusable source, but more than enough to break through some roadblocks for me.

If something seems destructable, shoot it with scan bullets. It'll tell you roughly what's needed.

Also, you can randomly find ammo from NPCs under attack, if you want to access this stuff early.

you can also use triple jump to enter some building. " just some "
can learn triple jump from the shrine.
